Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational tasks for all data products, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers to define project timelines, track progress, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between data product teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and process documentation.
- Conduct business analysis to identify and document user requirements, use cases, and workflows.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, reviews, and workshops related to data product development and deployment.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular updates on the progress of data products.
- Assist with the implementation of product enhancements, and managing communications and updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and data governance standards.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and departmental communications to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain effective filing and organizational systems for the department.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed for the department’s leadership.
- Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks and responsibilities to support overall department efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to support overall department efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a coordination role involving business analysis, technical writing, or project administration.
- Experience in supporting data product development or data management projects is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in providing administrative support within a business or technical environment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation, with a strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
- Experience in working in agile environments and using agile tools like Jira or Trello.
