Data Quality and Process Development Senior Lead (Poland) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Lead process improvement and development initiatives.
• Partner with business units to address process gaps.
• Define, measure, and improve processes across departments.
• Track the success of process implementations.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Create strategies that achieve business goals.
• Support and coach team members seeking guidance.
• Collect feedback to drive process improvements.
• Guide team members on AI industry best practices.
• Support implementation and delivery of initiative components.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control (QC) procedures.
• Track project metrics and assess effectiveness.
• Provide QC insights and recommendations.
• Assist in establishing and enhancing QC processes.
• Complete assigned tasks as directed by manager.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with crowd workers/community.
• Experience in multinational/multicultural virtual environments.
• Fluency in a language other than English.
• Experience with data analytics.
