Data Science Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on product and business problems with cross-functional partners
• Apply quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data presentation
• Develop hypotheses using various analytical approaches and frameworks
• Define, test, and influence product and business strategies
• Partner with teams to inform and execute strategy decisions
• Measure and forecast key product metrics to understand trends
• Use storytelling to communicate insights, including to leadership
• Structure and grow Data Science teams to deliver strategic impact
• Coach team members in technical, analytical, and soft skills

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in analytics or related fields
• 2+ years of experience managing teams of 4+
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and another data science language (Python, R)
• Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (Tableau, Mode, Looker)
• Expertise in statistical concepts (regressions, A/B tests, clustering)
• Proven experience influencing business strategy through data-driven insights
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders
