Responsibilities:
- Deliver sector CA and market share objectives.
- Promote Convatec products and services to healthcare professionals.
- Build partnerships with urology and neurology specialists.
- Develop an influence network within the sector.
- Provide product usage training to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure product availability in various distribution channels.
- Organize product trials and follow-up.
- Manage hospital tender processes and prescriptions.
- Analyze sector performance and create a strategic plan.
- Organize local scientific events.
- Participate in local scientific events (congresses).
- Implement commercial and strategic policies.
- Provide daily activity reporting.
- Travel frequently within the sector.
Requirements:
- Ability to build partnerships and drive prescriptions.
- Previous experience in healthcare sales (medical devices preferred).
- Nurse degree (infirmier/ère) required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a nurse (hospital experience).
- Experience in home healthcare services a plus.
- Sales and negotiation skills (in-person and remote).
- Proficiency with digital communication tools for remote visits.
- Leadership skills and tenacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Analytical mindset and solution-oriented.
- Strong patient/client contact skills.
- Teamwork and project management skills.
- Organizational skills and autonomy.
- Public speaking and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- English language skills are a plus.
- Experience in medical devices and/or urology preferred.
