Demand Generation Manager at G-P Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive ABM campaigns for named accounts
• Utilize various channels to engage and nurture target accounts
• Work with lifecycle marketing team for MQL nurture for ABM named accounts
• Plan and execute re-engagement campaigns for dormant accounts
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal ROI
• Conduct AB testing to optimize campaign performance
• Regularly analyze campaign results and provide reports
• Collaborate closely with Sales and BDR teams
• Contribute to creative ideation for new ABM programs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on ABM campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketing channels in ABM
• Experience in budget management with positive ROI
• Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and campaign analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Creative mindset for innovative campaign ideas
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Drift, and 6sense
