Productive Dentist Academy offers a Dental Sales Professional role to promote its Clinical Calibration™ Institute (CCI), a platform enhancing dental team performance. The company focuses on aligning dental practices clinically and operationally through its CCI Core product, targeting forward-thinking practices across the United States to improve productivity and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Convert warm leads from webinars, referrals, and promotions.
• Host discovery calls to qualify fit and walk through CCI Core benefits.
• Use a consultative, no-pressure tone—we guide, not push.
• Manage your pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with onboarding and marketing teams to ensure success.
• Evangelize the mission of Clinical Calibration Institute in webinars, events, and strategic calls.
• Qualify inbound leads from webinars, referrals, and campaigns.
• Consultatively assess practice readiness and guide to the right membership tier.
• Maintain sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation Coaches, Marketing, and Product.
• Introduce IGP Coaching and Phoenix Services as client maturity evolves.

Requirements:

• Have 2–5 years of experience in dental, healthcare, or SaaS sales.
• Thrive in fast-paced, values-driven environments.
• Love consultative selling that leads to long-term relationships.
