Responsibilities
- Windows administration and patching.
- Usage of cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Octopus to deploy packaged Operating System, packages middleware solution (ESB), packaged database engines, and packaged databases.
- Understand deployment and perform checks to guarantee delivery.
- Cooperate closely with Project Managers to know priorities.
- Cooperate closely with IT Infrastructure & Operations, Architecture, and Security teams.
- Forward bottleneck issues or process issues to contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Computer science degree (engineering school, computer science school).
- Administration knowledge in Windows and Linux-based operating systems.
- Strong experience in Operation, preferably with Kubernetes.
- Administration knowledge in Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Experience in deployments and configuration management using Ansible.
- Experience with MSSQL/PostgreSQL databases.
- Proven experience in infrastructure/operations/project teams.
- Self-motivated with a get-it-done attitude; ability to think critically.
- Enjoy working with globally spread teams and across cultures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams in Europe, India, and North America.
- BE Computer Science/MCA or equivalent degree.
- International work experience.
- 3-6 years’ experience.
