- The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for deploying and installing Mashgin technology and hardware across the country, handling customer support, and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities:
- Travel the country to launch new locations and assist customers (50-75% travel expected).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues remotely and in the field.
- Respond to customer escalations and inquiries, seeking assistance from partners when needed.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of deployment systems and software.
- Install kiosks to ensure customer and client success.
- Plan and prepare for deployments.
- Field customer service and support requests via texts, emails, phone calls, video calls, and in-person.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability and desire to travel frequently.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Relentlessly resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Preferred: Prior IT or tech repair experience.
- Preferred: Strong technical ability, including installing drivers, diagnosing system issues, and building PCs.
