Design Director Full Time

Responsibilities

• Formulate the overall strategy and direction for product design
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Oversee overall user experience design for platforms
• Innovate and optimize core functions of trading platform
• Continuously improve design standards and processes
• Lead and manage the design team, setting work goals
• Recruit, train, and motivate design talent for team
• Create and maintain design style guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with departments to meet business needs
• Collect feedback through research and usability testing
• Understand user behavior and optimize site experience
• Enhance product usability and brand consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design, art, or related field
• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience, 3+ years in team management
• Experience in digital products or fintech design preferred
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Deep understanding of user research and interaction design
• Familiar with web and mobile design standards
• Insightful about design trends and technologies
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration
• Effective leadership skills and team-building experience
• Result-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• English or multilingual communication skills preferred
• Experience in crypto exchanges or web3 industry preferred
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
