Summary:
- You will report to the Enterprise Markets (EM) Head of Design and drive design excellence for brands such as Kotex, Depend, Plenitud, Poise, Confidence, and Huggies.
- Responsible for delivering high-quality brand executions across design strategy, packaging, product design, product innovation, and ecommerce visual assets.
- Collaborate with design leaders to create design strategy fundamentals and generate innovative design solutions independently.
- Demonstrate superior ability to create high-quality, inspirational brand design solutions.
- Apply design thinking through all phases from ideation to execution.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external design agencies to bring design strategies to life.
- Ensure seamless packaging design from master design to local adaptation in collaboration with artwork managers.
- Participate in research and translate customer needs into actionable design requirements.
- Responsible for driving final design recommendations and approvals to enable artwork execution and production phases.

- Deliver high-quality executions across design strategy, packaging, product design, product innovation, and ecommerce visual assets.
- Collaborate with design leaders to create design strategy fundamentals and generate innovative design solutions independently.
- Demonstrate superior ability to create inspirational brand design solutions, applying design thinking through ideation, concept development, refinement, and execution.
- Work with internal stakeholders (design leaders, marketing, product developers, research analysts) and external design agencies to execute design strategies.
- Ensure seamless packaging design from master design to local adaptation, working closely with artwork managers.
- Participate in research and translate customer needs into actionable design requirements.
- Drive final design recommendations and approvals to enable artwork execution and production phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, packaging design, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience leading and developing design strategies.
- Extraordinary design taste and expertise with an excellent sense of design trends.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating mastery in graphic design, packaging design, brand design, and visual assets in a wide variety of styles.
- Proven experience in developing a wide range of brand touch points from ideation to commercialization (packaging, digital, POSM, etc.).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external business partners.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others to deliver results.
- Excellent time and project management skills to meet deadlines.
- Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Preference for experience in AI image generation tools (Adobe Firefly and Midjourney).
- Proficient communication in English.
