DevOps Engineer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Leverage knowledge across infrastructure automation projects and CI/CD pipelines
• Work as a member of feature teams on the product’s infrastructure
• Deliver improvements to automated infrastructure components within DevSecOps
• Enhance monitoring and alerting across the Synack production application
• Tune automation to resolve performance and stability issues
• Create automated tests around the infrastructure suite to improve reliability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience deploying scalable infrastructure utilizing CI/CD tools
• 3+ years supporting SaaS or PaaS in a GCP, Azure, or AWS production environment
• 3+ years of scripting skills in Golang and/or Ruby preferred
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Postgres, Redis
• Experience with message broker technologies like PubSub or Kafka
• Strong background in Linux/Unix and networking concepts
• Experience with event monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus and Splunk
• Cloud automation experience using tools like GitHub Actions and Terraform
• Container orchestration experience using Kubernetes
• DoD Top Secret clearance required
