Responsibilities:
- Improve CI/CD processes, including performance enhancement.
- Work with developers to improve developer experience (DX) by building tools that enable engineers to work more effectively.
- Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Plan and deploy new technology.
- Build tools for on-premise customers and create stable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug production systems.
Requirements:
- Experience deploying containers to production on “bare metal” servers and Cloud providers.
- Strong experience with AWS and running containers in AWS using ECS.
- Experience with an Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tool like Terraform.
- Experience implementing GitOps flows and creating scalable CI/CD workflows on Github.
- Experience running Linux-based servers (non-AWS environments).
- Familiarity with common internet protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, Exchange, SAML, LDAP, etc.
- Bonus: Experience running MySQL in production.
- Bonus: Experience with Kubernetes in production.
