Popmenu is looking for a talented Digital Client Success Manager to join their growing Digital Success Team.
The role will manage a large volume of clients with a primarily data-driven approach to ensure client success.
Popmenu is prioritizing candidates in the Central time zone for this role.
The Digital Client Success Manager will help clients with software adoption, retention, and handling escalations.

Actively manage a substantial portfolio of clients, driving proactive adoption and retention efforts.
Help clients adopt more features and see more value in Popmenu’s software.
Handle client escalations and turn around the experience for clients who are dissatisfied with their service.
Ensure all client inquiries (general advice, billing issues, product functionality) are answered quickly and effectively.
Create engaging and helpful resources to engage clients, including webinars, short videos, and strategies for client engagement.
Gather and analyze client feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
Keep clients informed of updates, outages, and other relevant information, maintaining clear communication.

Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, with the ability to mediate conflicts.
High degree of autonomy and self-motivation, with an entrepreneurial approach to solving problems.
Experience in negotiating and managing subscription renewals and churn conversations.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to complete long-term goals and handle multiple critical tasks simultaneously.
Natural curiosity and a willingness to learn, including new technical skills and client environment understanding.
Proven success in rolling out products to clients, ideally in the restaurant industry.
1+ year of Client Success experience is highly preferred.
