Responsibilities:
- Lead Facebook ad campaign management, focusing on ROAS and profitability.
- Optimize campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Google, and emerging channels.
- Write high-conversion copy for ads, funnels, landing pages, and VSLs.
- Develop strategies for sales funnels, using A/B testing and CRO.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of specialists for scaling ads.
- Test creatives, landing pages, and funnels across platforms.
- Set goals, manage budgets, and track key performance metrics.
- Manage ad spend and track ROAS with focus on Facebook ads.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Facebook Ads with proven success in ROAS.
- Strong knowledge of media buying on TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Proven ability to write compelling, conversion-driven copy.
- Deep understanding of funnel creation, CRO, and A/B testing.
- Results-oriented, data-driven approach to scaling campaigns.
- Experience managing teams and cross-platform media buying.
- Experience in supplements or telehealth (preferred but not required).
- Self-starter, capable of managing multiple platforms.
- Willingness to work in Pacific Time Zone (PST).
