Direct Sales Manager – THREE Full Time

Summary:

The Direct Sales Manager at THREE leads a team selling innovative insurance to small businesses. A Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, THREE offers straightforward policies, leveraging a lean, autonomous team to challenge industry giants and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead a team of licensed Sales Agents to exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional experience to small business customers.
• Monitor performance and quality by tracking key sales metrics, analyzing individual and team results, and conducting regular QA reviews.
• Coach, develop, and empower Sales Agents through personalized feedback, one-on-ones, and ongoing performance conversations.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new team members, ensuring a smooth ramp-up and strong foundation in THREE’s product and sales process.
• Drive continuous improvement by<iostreaming sales tactics and implementing process and technology enhancements that drive efficiency and results.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience, with deep knowledge of coverage types and how they apply across industries.
• 2+ years of sales team leadership experience, ideally in a high-velocity environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable team performance.
• Strong command of the end-to-end insurance sales process, with the ability to coach others through sales flows, develop personalized growth plans, and continuously improve internal practices.
• Strong communicator with the confidence and credibility to educate agents and prospects about an innovative commercial insurance product.
• Comfortable working in a tech-enabled, fast-paced environment with evolving tools and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM and sales reporting tools to assess performance and guide decision-making.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
