Responsibilities
- Support the Creative Director in achieving company goals
- Work with Executive Producers to drive pitch efforts and client meetings
- Advise and develop Real-time initiatives technically
- Draft briefs and set up project teams
- Drive stories into projects, leading artists, writers, and VFX
- Lead creative and technical editing like Boardomatics, game capture, and ADR
- Foster a creative, fun, and professional team culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Capture/VFX/CG or related industry
- Expertise in visual style and how to bring it to life
- Experience with Unreal Engine and game engines
- Ability to manage projects from conception to completion
- Strong understanding of post-production techniques and pipelines
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
