The Amplify Supply Chain team is seeking a Director of Business Process Management to lead and drive operational excellence in our Outbound functional area. This role is responsible for optimizing processes related to customer order management, including order capture, processing, fulfillment, and delivery of physical materials, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our customers. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, the Director will champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhance system capabilities, and ensure alignment with Amplify’s strategic objectives.

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, stock options, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross salary range for this role is $130,000 – $140,000. This role is eligible to earn an annual discretionary bonus that rewards individual and company performance.
