Responsibilities
- Define and execute business development strategy within medical technologies unit
- Collaborate to identify strategic partnership, licensing, or acquisition opportunities
- Manage cross-functional due diligence, internal approvals, and negotiations
- Structure, negotiate, and close complex transactions including M&A and licensing
- Manage existing and future partnerships in coordination with alliance management
- Refine strategy and expand Telix’s external innovation ecosystem in medical technologies
- Represent Telix at industry events, promoting the company’s leadership in medical tech
- Provide updates and reports on business development and partnership activities
Requirements
- Advanced degree required; PhD and/or MBA preferred
- 10+ years in medical technologies with a proven track record
- 5+ years in business development within medical technologies, with oncology experience
- Extensive deal sheet including R&D partnerships and tech licensing required
- Experience in radiopharmaceutical or molecular imaging sectors preferred
- M&A transaction experience preferred
