Summary:
- Develop and execute TEiC Industrial Construction sales strategy.
- Build relationships with target customers to grow project pipeline.
- Report directly to the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop TEiC Industrial Construction annual and five-year sales strategy.
- Build long-term relationships with target customer personnel.
- Attend industry events to promote TEiC Industrial Construction.
- Maintain customer interface during all project phases.
- Monitor competitor activities and advise senior management.
- Manage sales pipeline, bids, and proposals.
- Partner with marketing to create promotional materials.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering.
- 15+ years in industrial construction business development.
- Experience in field engineering, project controls, or project management.
- Strong relationships with major midstream and downstream companies.
- Market experience in other industrial sectors is a plus.
