Director, Business Operations – Renewals Full Time

Description:

• Samsara is a pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, enabling organizations to harness IoT data to improve operations.
• They help improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across industries like agriculture, construction, transportation, and manufacturing.
• The company is looking for a Business Operations leader to scale their renewals sales organization.
• The role involves partnering with Sales, Finance, Operations, and technical leadership to optimize the renewals cycle.
• Ideal candidates have experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with $1B+ in revenue.
• The role is open to candidates residing in the US except for the San Francisco Bay Area and NYC Metro Area.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of work experience in operational or strategic roles supporting sales organizations.
• 5+ years of experience with renewal functions closing $100M+ ARR.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and scaling renewal functions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and other sales tech stack.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in performing data analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
• Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions proactively.
• Familiarity with large data sets and analytical tools.
• Experience working with executive leadership.
