Director, Customer Experience Design and Research Full Time

Job duties/responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of designers.
• Oversee user-centered solutions for patient, care team, and provider experience.
• Optimize care team workflows through omnichannel engagement.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive UX/CX strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years leading CX and UX design teams in healthcare or healthtech.
• Demonstrated success in startups and scaleups.
• Experience designing consumer- and enterprise-facing products.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and Lightning Design System.
• Commitment to user research informing design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
