- The marketing function of Global Payments is responsible for Brand, Product Marketing, Growth, and Revenue Performance for Merchant Solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy in alignment with company growth goals.
- Oversee global digital marketing initiatives across multiple markets and channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising, and conversion rate optimization.
- Report out on ROAS and ROI tied to digital marketing motions and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering an environment of authenticity and resourcefulness.
- Lead global SEO efforts; improve web sessions and rankings across multiple web properties.
- Enhance the user experience of the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for engagement and conversions.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact while minimizing costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to amplify our marketing efforts.
- Lead agency RFP process and hold agency accountable for driving expected outcomes.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a successful track record in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Meta, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, AHREFs, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Must be a people leader and a digital marketing practitioner.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to distill complex digital concepts into executive-level takeaways.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Excellent project management abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the payments industry is highly preferred.
