- Oversee a global IC engineering support team
- Expand the team through hiring and onboarding
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company
- Influence processes and development within the Engineering department
Requirements
- 10+ years managing software engineering departments/teams
- Experience in customer support roles or organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering within time and budget
- Leadership experience in engineering, preferably in security
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to balance competing priorities for customer experience
