Responsibilities
- Establish EPMO center of excellence aligned with PMI guidelines
- Develop, track, and maintain integrated project timelines and deliverables
- Drive cross-functional planning and execution with integrated timelines and budgets
- Lead coordination of project activities and resources across the organization
- Facilitate team discussions on strategies, planning, and risk management
- Ensure business outcomes are achieved with effective change management
- Implement efficiencies meeting or exceeding financial expectations
- Manage overall EPMO project portfolio
- Monitor projects for compliance with policies, schedules, and quality standards
- Manage project, program, and portfolio deliverables and tasks
- Support and develop EPMO team through staffing, development, and mentoring
- Hire, manage, and coach direct reports for optimal performance
- Coordinate deliverables with project managers and contractors
- Report progress and performance of EPMO to executive team
- Work with executives to assess proposals for value and strategic alignment
- Identify project, program, and portfolio priorities and communicate risks
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in project and program management with increasing responsibility
- PMP or PJMP certification highly desired
- Proven record managing teams and strategic projects at the enterprise level
- Experience managing project deliverables and keeping to timelines
- Ability to analyze complex activities and guide decision-making
- Experience with project management software
- Experience managing enterprise digital transformation and strategic programs
- Expert knowledge of project and change management methodologies
- Able to manage budget, cost, and profitability
- Resource management skills and knowledge of tools
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience monitoring and evaluating projects, programs, and portfolios
- Experience teaching and mentoring junior project managers
- Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful
- Demonstrated leadership and management of high-performing teams
