Director, Governance, Risk & Compliance Full Time

Summary:

• The Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for cyber governance, risk management, and compliance.
• The role involves leading a team dedicated to ensuring Jamf meets security requirements and adheres to industry standards and internal policies.
• The Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on risk and compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, build, run, and manage an enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance program, including awareness and training, sales support, and policy development.
• Develop and oversee security audit processes to monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and security controls.
• Support external audits and collaborate with internal teams to address security findings and implement corrective actions.
• Support the sales process with customer assurance questionnaires.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure that security compliance is integrated into business processes.
• Work closely with IT, engineering, and security teams to address security compliance requirements.
• Develop a risk register to monitor and track risk mitigation activities.
• Lead the development of security awareness training and develop a security-minded culture.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, compliance, or risk management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Past experience directly building or leading a global GRC program (preferred).
• Understanding of and experience with compliance standards such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
