Director of Brand Management Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research for compelling positioning and messaging
• Collaborate on annual marketing plans and product launches
• Ensure alignment and communication of messaging and initiatives
• Implement tracking mechanisms to evaluate marketing impact
• Collaborate with sales to close distribution gaps and merchandising
• Lead product innovation strategy for new and renovated products
• Conduct research to gather insights into consumer preferences
• Develop launch plans for new products in retail markets
• Conduct category analysis to gain insights into market trends

Requirements

• 4+ years of brand management experience in CPG food and beverage
• Demonstrated success in growing brands across multiple channels
• Familiarity with syndicated and shopper data for insights
• Highly analytical with the ability to derive insights from data
• Self-driven with a growth mindset, thriving under pressure
• Exceptional communicator for effective collaboration across teams
• Strategic thinker who prioritizes high leverage work
• High tempo execution with a bias towards action
• Team player eager to learn and support teammates
