The company is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to help evangelize its story and improve messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.

Become an expert on ConductorOne’s buyers, understanding who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
Study the identity competitive landscape and become an expert on competitors’ positioning.
Develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas.
Document and understand the buyer’s process, identifying where they get information and the factors behind their decisions.
Plan product launches and releases, collaborating and managing cross-functional implementation.
Act as the primary thought leader for ConductorOne’s products and go-to-market (GTM) point of view, including preparing materials for speaking engagements and written works.
Support the sales team by training them on the problems ConductorOne solves and developing internal tools and collateral for sales enablement.
Master the ConductorOne demo and use it to train and onboard new team members.

At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity product marketing, with at least 3 years in a market-facing role.
Experience delivering presentations to customers, conducting competitor analysis, and performing market research.
Strong people and management skills to work effectively with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Exceptional ROI-tracking skills to measure marketing effectiveness.

Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $220,000 annually.
