Director of Professional Services – EMEA Full Time

Responsibilities

• Accountability for services utilization and revenue targets
• Lead customer adoption and consumption of services
• Establish mutual accountability between services and customers
• Partner with EMEA teams for customer engagement improvement
• Support Kong teams in managing risk throughout engagements
• Develop the capabilities and maturity of team leaders and employees
• Enhance capabilities and GTM offerings to drive service adoption
• Ensure healthy relationships with delivery ecosystem partners
• Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline for top industry talent
• Collaborate on headcount business cases and approvals
• Drive EMEA Professional Services strategy development and execution

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional services experience
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience
• Familiar with modern software constructs and architecture
• Proven ability to manage professional services functions
• Proven ability to present on complex topics
• Experience exceeding business goals like bookings and revenue
• Experience in Open-Source/SaaS companies preferred
• Experience managing customer-facing teams with financial goals
• Ability to travel as needed
