Responsibilities:

- Hire, train, and manage team members, including reviews.
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
- Develop KPIs to track team performance and progress.
- Regularly review SOPs and KPIs based on industry changes.
- Train the team on new SEO packages and offerings.
- Monitor the adoption and performance of new packages.
- Provide feedback on ClickUp implementation.
- Refine ClickUp processes with the operations team.
- Monitor SEO campaign performance and make adjustments.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance.
- Communicate SEO results and strategies to clients.
Requirements:
- Google Analytics Certification.
- Google Search Console Training.
- SEO Specialization Certification.
- Advanced SEO Knowledge.
- Expertise in technical SEO, mobile optimization, etc.
- Strong leadership skills and team management.
- Experience in managing SEO teams.
- Proven success in local SEO campaigns.
- Experience in the Plumbing or Home Services Niche.
- History of attending SEO conferences or workshops.
