Director, Product Management Full Time

Responsibilities

• Manage Product and Design teams, leading feature design initiatives
• Coordinate across teams to drive buy-in on product vision
• Engage with customers to gather feedback influencing the roadmap
• Own end-to-end feature lifecycle from requirements to evangelism
• Assist in designing the 2-6 month product roadmap
• Manage the Product team to meet organizational goals

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong understanding of data science methodologies and visualization tools
• Proven experience managing high-performing product teams
• Strong track record of building customer-centric products
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
