Director, Product Management Full Time

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and growth initiatives with executive stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers
• Oversee development and maintenance of product roadmap
• Define market opportunities and build GTM plans with Marketing team
• Collect data for product direction and make tradeoff decisions
• Monitor and measure launched products and drive growth
• Communicate product plans and results to stakeholders and users

Requirements

• 10+ years product experience, with 5+ years leading a team in SaaS
• Experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS organizations
• Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
• Experience with international product management
• Familiarity with Agile, User experience, GTM planning, and market research
• Tools like Jira and Confluence familiarity
• Experience in Identity or cybersecurity products is a plus
• Computer science or engineering degree preferred
