Assist CDO in preparation of monthly and quarterly forecast as well as weekly reporting against forecast including deal movement.
Monitor pipeline data and provide insights to CDO into completeness, sales methodology compliance, and other trends.
Conduct win/loss reviews to capture learnings and facilitate updates on sales process.
Provide program management to all key strategic growth initiatives ensuring the coordination of key departments including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Client Success, and Operations.
Serve as coordination point for all business development partnerships to ensure intercompany processes are developed, regular cadence with partners, and measurement of success of partnerships.
Compile, analyze, and deliver sales reporting and analysis for key leadership meetings.
Serve as coordination point for client RFPs and proposal materials as well as data requests during the sales process.
Partner with CDO, Sales team, and marketing on key event coordination to maximize the success of the event ensuring preshow prospect/client engagement plan, coordination of onsite meetings, and compliance with lead tracking.
Partner with CDO and marketing to drive the execution of key marketing and sales campaigns.
Ensure department compliance with all internal processes.
