Director Strategic Initiatives Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate solutions to roadblocks.
• Monitor resource bandwidth and resolve constraints.
• Incorporate change management tactics into programs.
• Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions.
• Provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Build scalable processes and frameworks for initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement by refining processes.

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience.
• Ability to translate goals into actionable plans.
• Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• SaaS experience with project leadership roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with SaaS metrics.
• Basic change management and resource management experience.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Mac OS.
