Responsibilities:

• Lead global web strategy for SurveyMonkey.com.
• Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly web performance reports.
• Develop and execute strategy for SurveyMonkey’s growth.
• Implement strategies to maximize web traffic and reach.
• Audit user journey to improve conversions and experience.
• Manage experimentation roadmap to improve funnel metrics.
• Oversee website tech stack and admin capabilities.
• Build and nurture a high-performing digital team.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize strategy execution.

Requirements:

• 12+ years in growth product management or marketing.
• Experience leading global product teams (5-8 years).
• Proven track record in web strategy and conversion optimization.
• Expertise in SaaS, SEO, and product growth tactics.
• Data-driven approach with experience in A/B testing.
• Proficiency in CMS platforms, UI, and analytics tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
