Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize service requests from customers.
- Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations.
- Communicate routes and instructions to drivers effectively.
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain detailed records of all dispatch activities.
- Serve as a liaison between drivers, customers, and other internal teams.
Requirements
- Prior experience in dispatch or logistics management.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
