Duties
- Set D&I strategy to meet company goals
- Collaborate with c-suite and senior leaders
- Manage a small team for D&I efforts
- Analyze and report on internal D&I data
- Train People Partners on D&I interventions
- Develop inclusive culture and processes
- Set strategy for employee networks
- Collaborate with Talent squad on recruitment
- Conduct industry research on D&I gaps
- Design and deliver D&I learning curriculum
- Review people processes for D&I principles
- Deliver D&I reports and updates
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of DEB trends and best practices
- Strong project management and reporting skills
- Systems thinker with strategic impact awareness
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Excellent delegation and empowerment skills
- Coaching and collaborative working approach
- Great communicator at all organization levels
- Hands-on with support for various tasks
