Responsibilities:

  • Execution and optimization of growth strategies: Directly implement sales tactics and growth initiatives to reach company goals. Besides management, you will be hands-on in testing, iterating, and optimizing activities for the best possible business results.
  • Risk & challenges management: Proactively prepare for potential risks management across departments. Solve challenges and enable teams to act accordingly in case of a challenge or a risk.
  • Data-driven approach: Leverage analytics to uncover opportunities and pivot quickly.
  • Cross-functional work & collaboration: Foster alignment between marketing, product, and operations teams while ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Innovate and experiment: Proactively explore and implement the latest e-commerce trends and technologies, leveraging them to keep Foxelli Group strategies fresh, effective, and resultative.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving growth and business development in the e-commerce space within direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
  • Expertise in key areas such as knowledge of Shopify, media buying, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on approach to testing, learning, and iterating growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue, acquisition, and AOV.
  • A hands-on approach and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong leadership and a collaborative mindset.
  • Results-driven with a focus on measurable outcomes.
