E-Commerce Merchandise Coordinator Full Time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with merchandising team to identify and promote merchandise trends
• Curate product assortments and collections based on seasonality and trends
• Conduct daily and weekly reviews of the site heatmap and present findings
• Create, update, and maintain web content within the content management system
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to live site content
• Set up new items and maintain records for the master merchandise plan
• Maintain and update site categories based on seasonal collections and new lines
• Collaborate with stakeholders on on-site optimizations for product discovery
• Monitor industry pricing trends and provide strategic pricing recommendations
• Develop category-specific merchandising strategies to improve presentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or related fields
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Creative thinker with the ability to implement ideas that support initiatives
• Adaptable and quick learner in a constantly changing digital environment
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills
• Ability to work at least 4 hours overlapping with North American time zones
