Responsibilities:

• Track daily KPIs that are critical for business decisions and operational efficiency.
• Review and resolve Amazon cases.
• Manage freelancers and virtual assistants for projects such as website development and content creation.
• Pull reports, verify invoices, and assist with financial tasks.
• Communicate with manufacturers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, implementing strategies with the team.
• Support expansion into new marketplaces like Walmart and TikTok.
• Solve problems and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Head of E-commerce Operations or a similar role.
• Expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Listings, and Shopify platforms.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on cost efficiency, ROI, and margins.
• Brownie points for experience in product development.
• Brownie points for in-depth knowledge of PPC or media buying.

Benefits:

• Salary: 3,250 – 3,750 USD per month.
• Full-time, fully remote position.
