Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor email gateways, ensuring secure and efficient email flow.
- Serve as SME for Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway appliances.
- Create and enforce email policies to prevent spam, viruses, and malware.
- Assist with message tracking and reporting for Cyber Security and Enterprise Messaging teams.
- Perform network administrative tasks, including user account management, DHCP, and patch management.
- Install and configure network hardware; perform routine maintenance and backups.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Create and maintain network documentation, train team members.
Requirements:
- Six (6) or more years of experience.
- Proficiency with Windows 11, ServiceNow, AsyncOS, and Arcserve Backup.
- Expertise in managing Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway appliances.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
