Description:
- Design engaging email creatives based on briefs provided by our email marketing team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Develop email templates and visuals that maintain a cohesive brand identity across multiple brands.
- Create dynamic elements like GIFs and animations to elevate engagement and interactivity in emails.
- Work closely with email marketers, content creators, and brand managers to ensure designs meet campaign objectives.
- Stay on top of design trends in email marketing to keep our brands visually relevant and impactful.
- Adapt designs based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve email engagement rates.
Requirements:
- Proven graphic design experience, ideally within an e-commerce or digital marketing setting; experience working on email designs is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with email design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs every time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects for diverse brands in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
