Engineering Manager Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new features and microservices
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance existing functionalities
• Optimize engineering processes and set high standards for technical quality
• Own the planning, execution, and success of projects impacting top-line metrics
• Reduce technical debt and implement best practices for scalable architectures
• Write, review, and set the technical direction through design documentation

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on distributed systems
• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager leading backend teams in high-growth startups
• Hands-on experience with Rust, Kubernetes, and cloud providers
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable experience in career development and performance management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
