Engineering Manager – Consumer Full Time

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coding and leading a team of ICs
• Plan and implement multi-year strategy for International engineering
• Coach direct reports to impact the organization positively
• Support team in making architectural decisions
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and senior leadership
• Work with talent org to source and hire engineers
• Add positive energy and inclusiveness in meetings
• Drive engineering quality and meet engineering SLAs
• Navigate high uncertainties like crypto landscape changes
• Deliver top quality products with tight timeframes

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
• Comfortable managing frontend and backend technologies
• Experienced in designing, building, and scaling production apps
• Familiar with high-quality code and software engineering processes
• Passionate about building an open financial system
• Nice to have: experience with financial, high reliability, or security systems
• Nice to have: exposure to L1 and L2 blockchains
• Nice to have: proficiency in Golang
