Responsibilities
- Growing and developing a team of leaders and engineers.
- Foster a healthy and collaborative culture and serve as an embodiment of our values.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business partners to develop and execute the engineering roadmap aligned with product scale and expansion goals.
- Build a high performing team of engineers with a focus on high availability and scalability.
- Work with Engineering Directors and Technical Project Managers to allocate teams to workstreams and projects aligned with company goals and priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience building and shipping mission-critical, high availability, and complex software products.
- Experience building and leading engineering teams, including staff technical engineers/Tech Leads.
- Experience with microservice-based architectures and common cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
- Self-motivation and passion to lead your teams, encourage best practices, and constantly set the standard.
- BS, MS, or PhD in CS, EE, or equivalent real-world experience.
