Engineering Manager – Platform & Ecosystem Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver integrations and APIs
• Ensure smooth operation and alignment of teams with business goals
• Drive growth of reports through feedback, coaching, and support
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering peers for outcomes
• Maintain high service standards and meet SLAs for partners
• Identify and facilitate collaboration with other teams
• Participate and lead horizontal engineering activities

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing engineering teams in integration-driven business
• Strong leadership skills focusing on team efficiency and collaboration
• Proven track record in API development and scalable platform design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
