Engineering Manager, SRE Full Time

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to scale cloud infrastructure and ensure operational excellence
• Cultivate a culture for platform reliability, scalability, and performance
• Oversee On-Call and Incident Management processes and procedures
• Manage work through a rigorous, agile process
• Provide mentorship, feedback, and create growth plans for team members
• Guide architecture, design decisions, and code reviews
• Occasionally work on non-critical path projects
• Build and support a collaborative remote-first culture

Requirements

• 2+ years leading remote reliability, infrastructure, or software engineering teams
• Experience driving high-value projects end-to-end with ownership and accountability
• Background in delivering critical infrastructure and managing support processes
• Expertise in public cloud infrastructure, observability, and distributed systems
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Ability to translate ideas into incremental plans for the team
• Experience with data-driven leadership and product decisions
• Knowledge of JIRA, Sheets, and other tools for key decisions
• Passion for increasing team velocity and satisfaction with Agile processes
