Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain systems to track and analyse engineering team performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights to team leads, fostering continuous improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions and skill development initiatives for engineers.
- Mentor team members to achieve professional growth goals.
- Collaborate on technical projects, contributing to the development process when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role or field.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and drive decision-making.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or fostering team development.
- Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with working in a fully remote environment.
- Background in performance management, people development, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Git, CI/CD tools, or similar technologies.
- Ability to balance technical contributions with team-oriented responsibilities.
