Enterprise Account Executive – APAC Full Time

Thematic, a US-based SaaS company since 2015, specializes in AI-powered customer feedback analysis. The Enterprise Account Executive – APAC role, based in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore, drives revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own a revenue target and build a pipeline to achieve it.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, and closing outbound deals.
  • Create proposals and negotiate pricing.
  • Generate half of your own pipeline alongside inbound leads from Marketing and SDR.
  • Run personalized outbound campaigns.
  • Attend events and secure warm introductions to prospects.
  • Qualify prospects using a consultative approach and build business cases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers for renewals and expansion.
  • Learn and communicate product differentiators, involving specialists as needed.

Requirements

  • Based in Australia, New Zealand, or Singapore.
  • Proven track record of closing full-cycle deals.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Several years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an account executive or managing a business development manager.
  • Experience selling to Customer Experience, Insights, or Market Research buyers.
  • Growth mindset with ability to experiment and execute successful strategies.
  • Hunter’s mentality with a focus on adding customer value.
  • Strong attention to detail and good CRM hygiene.
  • Comfortable being accountable and acting as “your own CEO.”
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the APAC region.
  • Valid work authorization in Singapore, New Zealand, or Australia.
  • Passion for AI and understanding its opportunities and limitations (bonus).
