Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding and sales training to become an expert
- Develop account, territory, and opportunity plans
- Identify and secure expansion/cross-sell opportunities
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Meet annual renewal targets
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and service teams
- Accurately forecast territory performance through sales process
- Advocate for customers and resolve service-related issues
Requirements
- 8+ years of solution sales experience in complex SaaS sales-cycles
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and revenue goals
- Passion for building lasting customer relationships
- Ability to align technology solutions to business problems
- Technologically adept with outstanding communication skills
- Strong computer skills including G-Suite and Salesforce
- Bachelor’s degree; sales training methodologies a plus
- Ability to travel when required
