Responsibilities:
- Report to the Regional VP with ownership of an assigned territory targeting new enterprise opportunities.
- Develop, implement, and review a personal sales plan aligned to the regional strategy.
- Position and communicate the value proposition to maximize business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close complex contracts with global partner support.
- Report sales activities and forecasts to senior management.
- Prepare pricing, customer offers, and review broader opportunities, including training and professional services.
- Provide customer feedback to marketing, customer success, product management, and engineering.
- Collaborate with others to acquire specialist resources when necessary.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of experience selling enterprise software solutions with a field quota-carrying role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience signing large, strategic projects with long and complex sales cycles.
- Established relationships with C-level executives in relevant sectors.
- Experience with strategic buyers and understanding key industry drivers.
- Familiarity with regional/national/global partners and system integrators.
- Prior training in value selling and account planning methodologies.
